Yusto-Giner: A New Contemporary Art Gallery in Marbella
A genius LED installation by Spanish artist, Monica Sanchez-Robles, at Yusto-Giner in Marbella.
It was a great surprise to find Yusto-Giner in Marbella. Y-G is a relatively new gallery that opened in 2012 by husband and wife Juan Pablo Yusto and Garciela Giner. The couple, who are art lovers, collectors and now gallerists decided to open Y-G to fill a void in the contemporary art space in Marbella and because they are passionate about discovering new talents and showcasing their works. The space, which is located in an industrial area in Marbella, is an enormous warehouse with several rooms, including the main space, a side room for emerging artists and a projection room for video art. In my opinion, this is a gem of gallery with an excellent roster of artists and fantastic exhibitions. Anyone who goes to Marbella and loves contemporary art should visit Yusto-Giner. I'm really looking forward to seeing them grow and succeed.
