This art blog was born out of people’s curiosity. I’m flattered that they asked for it and I was able to give them an art blog. I love showcasing art, artists, fashion personalities, galleries and controversial topics in this art blog. The purpose of this art blog is to show the world that art is life. Nowadays everyone is looking at art and I love that I was a pioneer of this field including this art blog. I love contemporary art museums and galleries (and I buy all of my art from great contemporary art galleries in NYC and around the world and spot talents on the rise in museum shows) but I want to make the content of this art blog more human and relatable.
Art Blog
I needed to make this work for me (and as time proved down the line, for my clients), and that is the main purpose of my art blog. This art blog is looking to demystify the contemporary art market. I'm comfortable working with high end galleries and the artists that they represent but I'm also at ease and featuring them in this art blog. I have been focusing all these years on demystifying the common misconceptions that prevent people from actually collecting art in a meaningful way and this art blog is one of the tools that I use to accomplish that objective. Although this art blog is a reflection of what my eyes see, I like that I have given a highly curatorial spin to the content that I post in this art blog. This art blog is changing the game and showing a different way and a different face of the contemporary art world. Human beings are full of layers and my philosophy of living with art is established in the idea of making people happy while at the same time making them smarter, sharper, better human beings through this art blog.
